All services come with a choice of price plans, and which is most cost-effective will depend on the volume of calls you receive. Our Base: price plan for light call volumes”>BasBase: price plan for light call volumes plan is designed for light use, and is suitable for many day-to-day applications, whereas Pro: price plan for moderate call volumes”>ProPro: price plan for moderate call volumes and Enterprise: price plan for high call volumes”>EntEnterprise: price plan for high call volumes are tailored for moderately busy lines and high-volume hotlines respectively.
Finally, all services can be combined with one or more plug-and-play add-ons, allowing you to achieve ‘true pro’ call-handling to rival big businesses. Choose your number, your service, and then your price plan
When you pick a number it is added to your order with a basic call-handling service and price plan. There is nothing to configure, and if you buy the number it will be ready as soon as it’s been paid for.
If you think your business would benefit from the more advanced call-handling possible with our more advanced services, upgrade to dmVoice or dmSwitchboard. To get a number capable of receiving faxes (and forwarding them as email attachments) choose dmFax.
